I had a similar experience today with getting thought up in my “important” thoughts (obsessing over food mainly), and then I was smacked in the face with someone’s actual problem concerning her 3-day old baby. And it SWOOPED me out of my meaningless ruminations. Perspective is everything!!! It changed my whole outlook on the day. I let go after that.
Hi Sharon, tell us are you getting serious with some man? I can see you wear hair straight a lot lately and also more make-up and fancier clothes.

Sharon, if u r not being consistent w/your diet why do you look so thin in your face? R u dehydrated? (not an insult just wondering) Some faces show up weight loss first, mine does and I think your weight loss shows a lot in your face as well. That’s why I’m wondering.

I did finally buy myself this really gorgeous jade bangle I have wanted 4 YEARS & I told myself that when i c it on my wrist, it should remind me that I only have NOW & I can only live NOW (nothing else is promised nor can I go back in time ) so 2 do the very BEST I can in this moment, in this day. Maybe I need a 2nd piece of jewelry for today’s lesson! LOL

You are the most important person in the world. The challenge is not showing it through narcisism and cutting down others. And yes, please don’t stress about the things the rest of the world is stressing about. My appetite naturally decreased as I got rid of sugar and started juicing. However, the real appetite decrease came when I cut complex carbs out of my diet. It was tough for one week and then no more hypoglycemic tendencies. peace.
