If we change our outlook on our past experiences, is it possible that our desires will come quicker to us through the Law of Attraction? Your past experiences are a direct link to what you are experiencing today.

We all have past experiences that affect our lives. When we think back about a wonderful thought in our childhood, we feel secure and happy. But when we think on a past experience that was traumatic, we feel insecure and upset. In the Law of Attraction, the more you focus on a particular thought and feeling, the quicker the Universe will attract what you are emitting back to you.

When you focus on anything for a period of time, the subject of your focus begins to have a life of its own. As you focus and feel more and more on the same want or desire, the Universe takes its cue and brings what you are feeling focusing on to you. For example: Let’s say you had a relationship trauma as a young adult. Even though you are an older adult now, you still think about that experience. It was a time that was hurtful to you so every time you begin to attract a serious relationship, you discover that you can’t help but think, focus on, and return to that one terrible experience. But the more and more you think on and feel that experience, the more you will attract that kind of experience back into your life.

Why do you think people tend to repeat negative behavior patterns? They continue over and over again to relive past experiences, and when you do that, the Universe sends more of it to you. The Universe isn’t being unkind; the Universe is doing its job. It’s taking its cue from you through what you focus on and feel strongly about.

So how does one stop the repetitive thoughts and feelings? By starting new as often as you have to. Yesterday is a closed book. You don’t have to relive past experiences. When you think of a past experience that may not have been pleasant, do your best to separate from the experience itself while learning what you want or don’t want from that experience. Then let the experience go. It served its purpose but you can let it go. You are hurting your own self by hanging on to it. If you find it isn’t easy for you to let go, then play this game with yourself: When that traumatic experience surfaces in your memory, change the experience to what you would have wanted it to be. Take the whole situation and visualize how you wish it would have happened. By doing this, you can change your focus to the positive (as well as your feelings) and you will be creating better days for the future. By changing the past, even if it is only within your mind, something miraculous happens. Your heart becomes freer because of the hope of what could have been, and you create wonderful feelings about a situation that was once a negative focus for you. When you create those great feelings, your tomorrows will become days of ease and security.

By focusing on the joyous moments and gratitude now, you will bank good feelings that the Universe will work towards bringing to you. When you close the book of Yesterday, especially on the past’s not so great experiences, you will find that life becomes much smoother and easier.

But what about the wonderful experiences of the past? Wonderful past experiences are good ways to get the ‘happy’ thoughts going. Use the experiences for the good feelings generated from them.

What we do is this: We take a past experience and capture the feelings, not the experience, and then transfer the good feelings to what we currently want out of life. By using this method, you will have a great emotion attached to a current-day-focus that will be your true experience in your future.

Use this method to give up the hurtful past and then concentrate on a beautiful tomorrow for yourself and your loved ones. It works!

The Law of Attraction will bring you what you strongly believe in.

Do you really know who you are? We are each made up of numerous belief patterns that have been instilled in us since we were children. Whether it is through family or environment, it doesn’t matter how the patterns were formed, and it doesn’t have to have originated from family or environment. It can be as simple as how you happen to perceive something. But no matter where or who your belief patterns come from, it’s important to define you within the beliefs that you once thought were yours. We call this Deconstructing the Self.

There are some beliefs that serve you well, for instance the beliefs that don’t make you feel bad about yourself or a particular subject. If you have a healthy view on money, feel you deserve money, and it flows steadily to you, then most likely your belief about money is working for you. On the contrary, perhaps you have problems with health or relationships; you may have a belief that is not working for you. You must get to the bottom of that particular belief so that you can deconstruct yourself and discover what is causing the unsteady flow. Once you’ve done that, you can reconstruct a belief system that truly works well for you. You will fast notice that when you do this, all of your troubles will melt away.

For example: Let’s say you are always under the weather. You suffer from sinus allergies and no matter what you do you just can’t get them to go away. When you call your mom for the hundredth time to complain, she sympathizes and tells you that ever since you were little you suffered with your allergies and reminds you that she just knew that you would never get over them. You’ve been hearing this since you were a young child and somehow it comforts you. You happened to remember your cousin faking sickness for attention, and she would get it, and when you were small, you loved the idea of so much attention. So in your perception from long ago, you recalled that being sick results in attention.

Now, fast forward adulthood. Without being aware of it, you very possibly have trained your subconscious to get sick to get attention. You even, after all these years, are able to grab Mom’s full attention because you are sick. But is this how you want attention? By figuring out where and what your beliefs currently are, you can let past methods go and then figure out what it is you really want to believe. In this case, you would say to yourself: “I am healthy and well. I can enjoy attention in other ways. I don’t have to be sick to get attention.” This is reconstructing a new belief.

It may feel awkward to even think that believing another way is even possible, but obviously the old belief wasn’t working for you or you wouldn’t be seeking the Law of Attraction. Once you get to the bottom of your core beliefs, and why they are there, followed by reconstructing a belief that feels right and works for you, you will begin to obtain what you desire. In the case of the example above, it would be health, but the method works for correcting any other life challenge you may be facing.

Truly, this method can work for any part of your life; health, relationship, money, career, and anything else you can think of, big or small. Examine the old belief that is stopping you from getting what you want out of life. Put together a new belief system that works for you because, as we all know, with the Law of Attraction everything is possible by feeling, thinking, and focusing on what you desire. By changing your old beliefs into new ones that actually work for you, you will have jumped the major hurdle that has likely been holding you back.

Focus on what you want, not on what you don’t want, and break down the doors of your old negative thought patterns. Build your own pattern of positive beliefs; you’ll be glad you did through the Law of Attraction.

Can words keep you from obtaining what you desire through the Law of Attraction? It all depends on how you use your words.

Words, of themselves, won’t keep you from your desires but the feelings attached to them can.

There are many words that we say with such strong emotional attachment that they cause an upheaval in one’s feelings that are a complete opposite of the feeling you want while trying to stay in a certain vibrational space.

These specific ‘lack’ words cause you to feel worry, doubt, fear, shame, afraid, and frustrated. Each word exudes a feeling and the feeling caused is the concern with the use of these lack words. They are just words, but with the emotion attached they become extremely powerful.

Any emotion that you have, whether it is joyous or angry, sends the Universe that vibration and the Universe will match and return that vibration with similar ‘feeling’ situations. So when you send out a feeling of happiness, the Universe will attract and return to you the same feeling. The same goes for anger. When you are angry and stay that way, the Universe attracts the same. So you can imagine what the ‘lack’ words can cause in your life if you ‘feel’ them as well as say them.

Let’s illustrate an example. Imagine you are driving to work and someone cuts you off. You become irritated. You then get stuck in traffic and become more frustrated. Have you noticed that when you have a day that starts this way, the rest of the day seems to follow suit? This is the Law of Attraction in action. Because of your irritation and frustration, because of those strong feelings, you attract more of the same.

So how can you keep from blowing your top? It does takes some practice, and a complete awareness of yourself.

If you find yourself in a negative situation that is attached to strong feelings, first try to shorten the use of the lack words. We’re not saying you shouldn’t get upset; feel how you have to feel and then get it together and get it over with. Next, realize and be aware of your feelings and know that if you keep it up, you will attract more of the same. Find yourself some joy. Whatever it is, find it. If you are on the freeway stuck in traffic, do something that will put you in a better space; maybe bring your favorite CD in the car for such an occasion. Find something to raise your mind’s vibration so that you move away from the frustrated feelings. The more you can change your feelings into something good, the more you will have a life of good things, situations, and people.

Believe it or not, there are people who like to be upset and be drama queens. If that’s the case then continue with the ‘lack’ words and keep creating a world fit for all that drama.

For those of you who want to diminish the ‘seemingly bad’ days and move into a place of greater tranquility, try what we have suggested. Move yourself out of the victim mode, move yourself out of the martyr mode, move yourself out of the frustration mode, and move yourself into a greater awareness.

You make the choice whether to have a good day or a bad day. Even if your day starts a little rocky and all those ‘lack’ words start popping up, you have the choice and the power to instantly change your day.

Use that power, use the choice, and create the day that you deserve.

I have this family member that no matter what is happening in his life, he complains. Whether he has a good day or a bad day, he lets everyone know how bad his life is, and it continues to be just as he says. He lets you know about every person in his life that has let him down. Everyone else is responsible for all his woes.

Being a Law of Attraction practitioner and instructor makes it a little uncomfortable to talk with him. No matter what you say to him, no matter how much you try to lean him toward thinking that life isn’t so bad, he just gets frustrated and tells you how the world is going to end. He revels in blaming everyone else for what he calls “his rotten life”.

Usually when we have a family get together, he is unable to make it. He blames it on his car, or on his boss, or on his wife. It’s actually kind of a visualization joke with us. About a couple of weeks before we have a family event, we start visualizing a calm, serene, positive, and fun-filled family get together. We wonder if our certain family member will have gotten into a better space for the get together. We include our bemoaning family member in our visualizations but he doesn’t show up. He can’t stand to be around that many happy people.

I would love nothing more than to see him happy but I am not responsible for making him happy and I am not responsible for creating ‘his’ world. He

is responsible for making his own happiness and creating his own world.

There are a lot of people who blame others for the current state of their lives. How can someone else be responsible for another’s life? (Unless of course it’s a child/parent relationship)

It’s a hard pill to swallow but if you have a bad day, you are the one who created that day. It’s not necessarily intentional, but all the same, you do create it. It is usually created from past images and feelings that you previously put out and have returned as your ‘now’. Take responsibility for your feelings and what you are focusing on and create each day, the kind of day that you would like to live for the rest of your life.

Take responsibility when you blame someone else in your life. Look at the situation and figure out why you are blaming someone for something in your life. Every action and every feeling that someone has toward you is a reflection of what you are or were feeling. You attracted this person or situation because of a feeling you were sending out to the Universe. When you start to play the blame game, you will attract more things to blame courtesy of the Law of Attraction. Take responsibility of your hard day and change it. Understand that changing your perception of others and loving yourself will attract more good things into your life.

It can be hard to believe that you somehow created your Aunt Suzy telling you that she saw your girlfriend with another man, and it can be hard not to blame Aunt Suzy or your girlfriend for your misery. But somewhere you were creating the vibrations that accompanied the scenario, whether it be that you were afraid of losing your girlfriend, or you weren’t trusting her, or you just outright felt bad. But blaming the other players in this scenario will not help your circumstance. This will only bring you more to blame others for. Does this mean you have to ignore your pain when hurt by someone? No, just make sure that you stay away from the blaming and take responsibility for your life. Change it to a life that you are happy with.

There is only one person who is responsible for your happiness and that is the person you see every morning in the mirror.

When you take responsibility for your thoughts and feelings, you will attain all that you want through the Law of Attraction.

Have you ever wondered what it would be like if you didn’t have be concerned about your weight or your health? Just imagine it. You could eat as many potato chips as you wanted and your weight and health wouldn’t be affected, no matter what you do. There would be no concerns about heart attacks or acid reflux disease. As human beings, we are programmed to survive. Each generation of family confronts and lives in a different kind of environment. Back in the old days most people lived a rural life. They had to survive in the coldest of winters, before there was electricity or toilets, but their home life was much simpler and health and mental issues weren’t as pervasive. Nowadays, we live in a world that is much different, and in some ways more difficult to survive in. While we have heaters, lights, and modern day bathrooms, we are dealing with so much more mental stress and that is taxing on our bodies. The mental stress that a lot of people are under these days, can cause health issues. We have so many more people with diabetes and high blood pressure; more than we have ever seen.

What is happening to our society and how can we change these health problems?

Relieving mental stress is a good place to start, and is just as important as physical exercise. When you relieve that stress, you go into a calmer state and then the Law of Attraction takes over, ensuring that you have calmer times ahead.

Many people work over forty hours a week and return home exhausted and worried. This kind of pressure is hard on the body and the mind as well. So how can we change this without the many medications that are actually doing nothing more than masking the core problem? By teaching others how to use the Law of Attraction as a way to help ease pain and stress.

This sounds like an easy fix, and it can be, but most people can’t accept that just changing their way of thinking and focusing can change their overall mental and physical health.

When you concentrate on how hard you feel your life is, you emit feelings that are extremely strong. These feelings create more situations that attract back to you. As these feelings build, day after day, they manifest into a recurring pattern that you may manifest within your body, possibly in the form of illness or disease.

How can you help ease your stress?

Take some time to think about what you want out of life and what you are thankful for. Watch a funny movie. Walk to the park. Play with your puppy. Meditate. Use as many ‘feel good’ moments as you can, but most of all be grateful for what you have in life. Even if it is something small, start there. Grateful feelings will lift your mind’s vibration and even if it is just a little bit, it is good for your body.

Being a healthier you doesn’t always mean running laps. Being a healthier you includes thinking about your mental health and reducing your stress level. Through the Law of Attraction, you can obtain anything you desire and that includes better health and less stress. Make a conscious effect to ‘feel’ good. Even when you are under stress, tell yourself to let it go and let the Universe take care of whatever the issue is that is causing your stress. By just letting it go, you are telling the Universe that you trust it to take care of the situation. You no longer have to worry about it. And you’ll find when you ‘let go’ you will have more energy and a healthier outlook on your life.

Keep your eyes on the calmer, serene life and let go of your stress.

Let’s discuss the word ‘need’ opposed to ‘want’. Remember, it isn’t the word itself that you are avoiding, it is the feeling attached to the word. When you say that you ‘need’ to buy some groceries, use of the word isn’t going to affect your world by turning it upside down with ‘need’. It’s when you use the word ‘need’ in a sentence like this: I ‘need’ so much money that I don’t ever know how I will pay off these bills! When using the word ‘need’ with feeling attached, you are emphatically expressing what you don’t want to the Universe.

The Universe will act upon your feelings and your ‘don’t wants’ and bring to you exactly what you don’t want which in the example above is money.

When you have expressed such a strong feeling, do your best to change the sentence for yourself. “I may have bills but I know that they will be paid and that is what I ‘want’ so I will trust the Universe in bringing to me just that.”

Then…let it go and just trust the Law of Attraction to work for you. This can be applied to anything that you want to obtain.

Using the word ‘want’ seems to work well. When you tell the Universe that you want something from a positive standpoint, you will receive what you want. Be clear in your wants and concentrate on your ‘wants’ and not your ‘needs’. When you have one of those desperate moments and you bellow out what you need, try to turn it around into a want or desire. This can be done pretty easily and you will see that once you turn it into a positive, it will feel good. Here’s an example: “I want my car to work. I want a perfectly running car. Thanks Universe!” Opposed to: “I need this car. I need everything to run right!” Can you hear the difference in the feeling?

The Universe acts on your feelings and whatever images you have in your mind at that time. So if you have an image of a broken down car in your mind and you are feeling ‘need’, guess what will happen? If you have an image of a broken car fixed and feel trust and faith in the Law of Attraction, the Universe will respond with your want. It’s that simple.

Anytime you feel that you ‘need’ something, it is a ‘don’t want’ and will cause resistance. It’s like you are pushing against what you truly want. When you push against something, you are resisting what you want and the Universe will comply with your command and bring you resistance. If you don’t ‘need’ something and just want it and know you will have it, you are going with the flow. There is no pushing and the Universe will bring you what you want via the Law of Attraction.

The Law of Attraction really is easy to comprehend. By seeing what you want, feeling what you want, and providing no resistance against your desires, you will have your desires. By ‘stewing’ and ‘needing’ a desire, you are setting yourself up to receive more to ‘stew about’ and ‘need’.

So what will you choose to do? Will you choose to push against your want or ‘go with the flow’ of your want?

If you are a practitioner of the Law of Attraction you know what is best for you in order to obtain what you desire. By knowing just a few little tricks about feelings and certain words, you will be ahead of the game in attaining those wants and desires.

Can fear affect your desires when applying the Law of Attraction? You bet it can. Fear can be paralyzing when attaining what you desire if you’re not careful. And of course, fear can be debilitating in anything you do.

What is the purpose of fear? Fear can help you out when you are in a ‘do or die’ type of situation. It can encourage us to be more cautious and is a way of protecting ourselves. But our survival self, the one that tells us when to be cautious, can be overprotective at times. You are ultimately the one to decipher whether what you are afraid of is coming from your survival self and is a validated concern, or is merely weighing in and making its presence known, like so many other negative states, just because it can. The Law of Attraction will pick up on fearful thoughts and feelings and return more to be fearful of. Let’s tame the fear monster ahead of time so that the Law of Attraction will bring only positive results to your life.

Here’s how to be rid of the fear, or at least tame it, in order to obtain what you want out of life.

Let’s begin by focusing on exactly what you are truly afraid of. Is your fear validated? An example: Imagine you are preparing to jump out of an airplane minus a parachute. In this instance, is your fear validated by your survival self? Obviously, yes it is. Your survival self is telling you this is something to fear, and hopes that you won’t do it. The fear and caution are valid.

Now what about this one? You are about to start a new job and you are afraid that no one will like you and that you may do a bad job. Is this fear valid? Well, sure the new job could go as you see it and if you have been putting a lot of energy toward the new job this way, it probably will go that way. But is it really something to be afraid of? Does it threaten your physical being? See, your survival self is rearing its ugly head where it doesn’t belong and you need to tell it so. When you start to have the feeling of fear, make sure to examine it and see if it is a valid physical fear.

Now that you have figured out what to do (telling your survival self that you are handling this one, thank you very much…), how do you cease being fearful? First of all, within the Law of Attraction, anything that you focus on and feel, be it a happy or angry feeling, will attract a like feeling to you. This is the job of the Law of Attraction. It’s not being mean or vindictive toward you; the Law of Attraction is just taking what you tell it to do, and then brings it to you. Focus on what you don’t want, and you will get what you don’t want. Focus on what you do want, and, you guessed it, you will get what you want. Fear begets fear. Joy begets joy. Love begets love, and the Universe will give you what you feel.

How does fear serve you? Being afraid of something makes whatever that something is seem ominous or scary. What is there to be afraid of? Do you base your fear from past experiences? If that is the case, you have learned from those experiences and don’t need them or the fear anymore. Are you afraid of being hurt? Isn’t it better to take the risk and find out? What if that one person or that one situation you are afraid of is the one that is going to be beautiful and life altering and you may instead pass up because of fear. Beat fear at its own game. Don’t buy into it.

Handle your fear by asking if it is valid or not. If it is a valid fear, listen to it. But when it’s based on past experiences where you have been hurt or based on your own concern of failure, tell the survival self that you have to take the risk and do it anyway. The survival self will step back (it may take a few times), and you can trust the Universe that you will obtain what you want. As long as you keep your eye on your desired goal and trust the Universe to get you there, than there should be no fear, especially if you place your trust and faith in the Law of Attraction.

In the Law of Attraction, being grateful is vital to attaining what you want out of life. Take the gratitude quiz to see if you are stirring up enough grateful feelings to obtain what you desire. (Really, this isn’t a quiz in the technical sense of the word because the answer to each question is very obvious. This is just a fun way to impart Law of Attraction principles, while having a laugh at the way most of us would probably answer this quiz.)

Gratitude Law of Attraction Question One:

You just got your paycheck and look at the net amount, you say to yourself:

A. I can’t believe how much the government deducted. How is this check going to cover all my bills?

B. I need more money. I wish my check was like Bob’s.

C. I am grateful for this check and I know that the Universe is taking care of me. Thanks for the check, Universe, and I want much more and I trust you are bringing it to me!

Gratitude Law of Attraction Question Two:

Your best friend just called to tell you that she just won $5,000 in the lottery. You say to yourself:

A. Why couldn’t that have been me? She doesn’t even need the money like I do.

B. Where’s my money Universe?! I’m tired of waiting.

C. How exciting. The Universe just gave me a great sign and used my best friend to tell me. Thank you Universe! Money is right around the corner for me, too!

Gratitude Law of Attraction Question Three:

You order your coffee at the local coffee shop. The girl behind the counter is swamped. She makes your coffee and it turns out to be totally wrong. You:

A. March right up in front of everyone and tell her that your coffee is wrong and to fix it. NOW!

B. Complain and fume and just take the coffee as it is.

C. Wait a moment until the girl has a minute and thank her for the coffee, then remind her it’s not as you wanted it. You’re sure it was because she was so busy. Could she please fix it? (This is done sincerely. of course.)

Gratitude Law of Attraction Question Four:

You make an error in your checking account and you are charged $50 in overdraft fees. What do you do?

A. Blame it on the bank. The banks just wait for a reason to take money from you.

B. Go to the bank and demand your overdraft fees back. You start to cry in hopes they will give it back to you.

C. You go to the bank and explain the error that you made. “Could I speak with a manager in the hope she will help me out?” You thank each and every person who tries to help you. Even if it doesn’t work in your favor, you recall how nice certain bank employees were. You know the Universe will bring back to you the money, or better.

Gratitude Law of Attraction Question Five:

You wake up in the morning and you have a big work day ahead of you. You:

A. Lie in bed dreading the day ahead of you; and you don’t want to get up knowing what you have to face today.

B. Shoot out of bed like a rocket and start getting ready immediately.

C. Visualize what an incredible day it is going to be for you. Thank the Universe for the great day before it has happened. You get out of bed knowing the day is going to be just as you visualized.

If you answered mostly A’s: Your feelings of “lack” and “don’t wants” are getting in the way of feeling grateful. Try to understand that what you are feeling will attract to you in some form. Break the lack habit. Enjoy life more and you will have more to enjoy.

If you answered mostly B’s: Your feelings of impatience are getting in the way of feeling grateful. Try to see things through another’s eyes before you say something out of impatience. Be patient, knowing that the Universe is bringing you what you desire in the exact time that is expected by you.

If you answered mostly C’s: Your feelings of gratitude will bring you more to be grateful for. Keep up the good Law of Attraction work!

If you answered a mixture of A, B, and C’s: Some situations trigger some strong emotions. Work on staying focused and balanced and stop to smell the roses. Find something to be grateful about on a daily basis and dwell on that grateful feeling.

Lee and I are asked a plethora of questions from people just like you everyday, retrieving over one hundred emails each morning with questions about the Law of Attraction. Here are five of the most frequently asked questions we receive (and the answers):

“I’m just one person. How can I change the state of the world through the Law of Attraction?”

You are just one person and one is enough to change the world. We are all a part of the “All.” Every thought you have goes into the consciousness of the all, and when you out send good thoughts, you receive similar vibrations in return. When you visualize a better world, your world will become better but not only that, you are putting out wonderful thoughts and feelings that will help the world situations. Your thoughts can make a difference. More than you will ever know. Just make sure when you put those thoughts out there, they come from a positive stance. Example: You want to be encouraging peace, not anti war. Even though they may seem like the same feeling, they’re not. One is saying what you want, while the other is saying what you don’t want and that comes back ten fold either way.

“My spouse says that the Law of Attraction is just wishful thinking. How do I get him to stop throwing negative remarks at me? Is it just wishful thinking?”

Just because you can’t see the Law of Attraction, doesn’t mean that it doesn’t exist. You can’t see air, but it’s there. Even though you can’t see gravity, you can see the results of it whenever you drop something. The Law of Attraction has produced result after result, proving that it is working in people’s lives. More and more people have been applying the methods of the Law of Attraction and now more people are obtaining what they desire. That being said, it can be difficult to be around a naysayer when you are a colt with new legs.

Don’t buy into his negative remarks.

If you let such remarks upset you, then you are attracting the doubts you are doing your best to eliminate. Let your spouse create the world he wants to live in, and you create your own. When you visualize, perhaps you could see that your spouse is being kind about your beliefs and the joy that it gives you. But don’t push your ideas about the Law of Attraction on your spouse. Never push your world on another person unless they are willing and wanting to hear about it.

“I’ve made many mistakes in my lifetime. I don’t feel that I deserve a good life. What can I do to live the Law of Attraction when I feel this way?”

Many people have made mistakes in their lives. True, some mistakes can seem much worse than others, but remember that the past is the past. And that’s where the past should stay. Learn what you can from your mistake but then move on from it. Sometimes people won’t let you forget about a mistake you made but that is the world that they want to create. You don’t have to be a part of their creation unless you want to. You are just as deserving as the next guy. You are an incredible human being. Everyone is! Just because you made mistakes doesn’t mean that you don’t deserve a wonderful life. Don’t let people (or you) tell you any different.

“Why is it so important to not think about the past in the Law of Attraction?”

This is a misconception. The past can be a beautiful place to find some wonderful feelings but it can also be a place where you can get stuck and relive experiences that create some pretty strong emotions. When you have had a traumatic experience and you can’t get it off your mind and you continually relive that experience over and over again, those strong feelings attract more situations and people to you that match the traumatic vibrations. On the other hand, if you relive an experience that is joyful to you, you will attract situations and people to you that match that joyful experience. It’s not about not thinking of the past, but ‘letting go’ of the traumatic or upsetting experiences so that you don’t attract what you don’t want.

“Can I lose weight through the Law of Attraction?”

In short, yes. Losing weight through the Law of Attraction consists of deconstructing some of the beliefs surrounding your eating habits and reconstructing so that you have the right attitude and mind when you are engaged in losing weight. By tricking what we call the ‘normal’ mind with methods it feels comfortable with, and then sneaking in new thoughts and methods on weight loss, you can lose a significant amount of weight and keep it off. Lee to date has lost over a hundred pounds with the help of the Law of Attraction.
