There are many reasons why someone may be in your life. They could have been put there for you to learn something; to help you attain what you are focusing on. They could be there because you have been focusing on the ‘don’t want’ of something in your life and they represent the very ‘don’t want’ that you are focusing on. The person you want to be out of your life is aligning with you. They are vibrating at the same rate you are and that is why they are in your life.

So how do you change your own thoughts and feelings to reflect this person leaving your life? You have to change your perception of the situation and focus on the solution of why this person is in your life.

You’ll want to start by allowing. Allow the person you don’t get along with to be who they are and respect them as a fellow creator in this life. Even though you may not like their choices or maybe even their personality, they are creating their world. So steer clear of judging their creations. Accept that they are who they are and nothing you say will change what they are creating unless they want to change it. Don’t just tolerate this person, but allow them to be who they are while not putting any energy to the ‘don’t want’ of the situation.

After you have come to terms with ‘allowing’ this person, it’s time to begin your focus on what you want from the situation. When you focus on the ‘don’t want’, it all becomes more complicated. By wanting someone desperately to leave your life it causes that desperate ‘don’t want’ to stick around. You want to visualize by seeing the peaceful solution to the situation. Maybe you visualize your getting along with this person or maybe you focus on a different environment for yourself that will take you away from this person. Visualize your wonderful peaceful life and visualize it without this person in it. It doesn’t mean you are getting rid of this person but that life is just as good without this person.

When you come from the standpoint of ‘getting rid of ‘ you are coming from a lack and ‘don’t want’ emotion that brings you exactly what you don’t want. When you come from the standpoint of having a peaceful relationship with this person and/or everything going just as you want your life to go by just visualizing life without this person in the picture, you are coming from a positive and ‘want’ emotion that brings you exactly what you want or better. See the end result of what you want in this situation and let the Universe take care of the how.

You will find that by seeing your life in a peaceful place you begin to change your own perception of your own life and creation and you begin to vibrate at a different rate than the person you don’t want around. They will either step up to the plate and vibrate at a peaceful level with you or they will leave your world completely. They may not be comfortable at the vibration level you are at.

During this whole time remember to ‘allow’ and remember not to put any lack energy to the situation by focusing on how you can’t stand them being around. This will only keep them clinging to you. Repeat after me: “Allow and release, allow and release, allow and release.”

You go to bed knowing that you will feel better in the morning. You lay your exhausted head on the pillow and try to visualize, but you’re just not up to it…maybe in the morning.

You wake up in the morning in tears and feeling that you are alone. How can you possibly expect to feel any grateful thoughts like this? You drag yourself out of bed and completely forget about visualization. You wonder why you keep crying.

You put on a brave front for the kids and pretend to be happy about their day at school. You kiss your husband goodbye and when everyone finally clears out you wonder how you’ll make it through the day. There’s nothing to be happy about. You are tired, that’s all. Tired of life and then you cry some more.

How can you possibly apply the Law of Attraction feeling like this?

This is an all too common scenario. The Law of Attraction takes work… Work on your inner self. It can appear that it is just easier to accept the life you are living rather than change you, but the change is worth it. So how do you start when you feel so bad? Take small steps.

Start with affirmations. Listen to what is running through your head over and over again. Maybe it’s a chorus of I’m always tired. I want my life to change but I don’t know how. If this is running through your head over and over again, you’ll want to write down the complete opposite. For example: I have so much energy. My life is changing for the good and I know exactly how to change it. Make the new phrase your mantra. When you hear how tired you are, counteract it with your new affirmation. If you are not up to visualizing right now, just say your affirmation before bed. Start with just one and then continue to make more for all the other negative affirmations you may have.

Slowly but surely you will find you will feel a little better. Then you can take the next step and find what you really want in life. Then start working on visualizations.

There is much more to the Law of Attraction than just thinking a thought and waiting for all of your dreams to come true. The true worth comes when you embark on the treasure hunt within yourself.

You are comprised of every thought and perception that you have ever had and continue to have. This includes every thought and belief system that your ancestors had whether they are alive or have passed on, and every societal thought that has crossed your path that you have paid attention to. This is what makes each one of us so different and so special; there are no two who are alike.

What you choose to accept (or not accept) into your world can make a huge difference when attaining the life that you desire. You may have repetitive mental thoughts that are yours but actually stem from the belief of an ancestor that has long since gone, yet the mental pattern still lives within you. Even if you have a direct perception of another completely from their viewpoint, you will either accept this viewpoint or not. When you are a young child, you receive many views that make you who you are today and you may have accepted a belief system without ever knowing why. It has become one of your repetitive mental patterns. You may also have adopted a belief and morphed it into something completely different than what it actually was intended to be.

Now that you know about the Law of Attraction, you can begin to direct your wants and desires and actually achieve what you want to create in your life. But first you want to examine your repetitive mental patterns and keep the keeper and rid yourself of the ones that could be stopping you from actually attaining your desires. When you flush the ones you no longer need, it’s important to assign a replacement mental pattern to fill the void of the one that is no longer there. When you begin to think of the old pattern, you’ll want to readily replace it with the new mental pattern. This will take some practice but it is worth it because at that point you will be well on your way to achieving your dreams through the Law of Attraction. But make sure you remain steadfast and refrain from sliding back into your old repetitive mental patterns. It is so easy to do when you first begin changing to reflect what it is that you truly want to attain.

Grab a notepad and write down all the things that you feel are problems in your life; the ones that you would like to change making sure to list your feelings about these challenges and why they’ve become a part of your life.

Let’s say that your goal is to enjoy a career that you love while earning more than enough money. Write this down. Then ask yourself why you think you can’t attain it. Perhaps your answer is, “You have to work a nine-to-five job and get paid what they give you. Life isn’t about fun.” Where did this mental pattern come from? Did you hear your dad say it over and over again when you were a teen or maybe your great grandpa who struggled through the Great Depression and never quite got over it?

When you pinpoint the source of the pattern that you aren’t happy with, change it and note the change next to the old mental pattern. Drill it in your head (figuratively speaking, of course!). Know your new mantra forward and backward and the next time you experience a moment when you don’t think you can possibly accomplish something, you’ll have your new mental pattern established, ready to serve you much better than the negative repetitive pattern ever did.

With some changing of some engrained habits (and that’s all they are: Habits) you can be the person you truly want to be, and have the things that you ever dreamed of.

Your mind keeps wandering back to the last great time you had with your ex, and you just can’t seem to get over the breakup. How can the Law of Attraction help you with this?

Give yourself some time to get over the initial sting of the breakup and then focus on your needs at this time. Going through a breakup can be emotionally as well as mentally draining. The best thing that you can do for yourself right now is to make sure that you are being pampered.

Do something for you that you wouldn’t normally do; something that tells you that you are paying special attention yourself. Maybe you can take yourself to a movie or buy that shirt that you saw the other day, just remember that even though you have suffered a breakup, it doesn’t mean that you stop enjoying life.

Breakups happen and look at it as a page in the book of your life that you can look back on and know that you learned from that experience. But like a book, keep reading your book and move forward.

By concentrating on you and what makes you happy, the Universe will attract to you exactly that: Whatever makes you happy. Each day will become a little easier and then you will be ready to search for the “someone” you are looking to spend your life with. The best you can do is live and make the most of your days. Pretty soon the breakup will be just a word, and you will have moved on to a better relationship.

Think good thoughts, feel good feelings, pamper yourself, and don’t lose hope of the ideal relationship.

In today’s society, changing one’s appearance through hair color, eye contacts, and cosmetic surgery, seems to be the answer to creating the “new you.” So is it possible to change the physical appearance by applying the Law of Attraction for new good looks?

How your beauty is perceived by society starts within you. You and only you possess the ability to attract others, whether you have a perfect Barbie doll figure or not. Don’t buy into the manmade rules of beauty. Beauty has always come from within and anyone who says otherwise comes from a very shallow frame of reference.

Love who you are now. When you accept everything about you and find your inner glow, people will know that something is different about you. When you begin to see that however you feel about you will affect how the Law of Attraction works in your life, you will be amazed how the Universe will bring you situations and people to reflect how you feel about your own self. People will become attracted to you, whether it be in friendship or in a love relationship. Whether you think you attracted it or not, sometimes a ’storm’ can descend upon your life out of nowhere. Maybe a family crisis or maybe your financial status just took a shift that you did not expect. Everything around us is a reflection of our thoughts but sometimes you can’t even imagine why this ’storm’ has come into your life.

There are some things that you can do to help alleviate the stress of a crisis or life storm and it always comes back to your way of thinking and feeling through the crisis.

When in the middle of a stressful crisis or situation stand back for just a moment and take a deep breath. Taking a deep breath actually helps the body to get rid of some of the stress and it also tells your body that you are taking care of it. Once you have taken a deep breath, examine the problem from a different point of view. Step outside of yourself and observe the facts of the situation. Don’t make any decisions or judgments about anyone; just observe the true nature of the situation.

At the same time, know that you really can’t know every little detail of the situation. There are so many different perspectives of others that can taint the actual happening, whatever that may be. You may see it your way, another may see it another, and so on.

Once you have diffused the situation in your mind, start looking at what a good solution would be. Don’t think of the problem itself but the solution to the situation. If it is something that you can do nothing about then the solution is to ‘do nothing’ but to stay serene and calm through the process. By staying calm and serene, you will not attract back to you what you originally were feeling.

Don’t buy into the chaos of the situation.

Many people get all worked up over nothing (or even worked up over something) and chaos can begin to creep into the creation of your reality. You may be the only one who isn’t running around panicking, but panic will do nothing for anyone except cause more panic. Find a quiet place within your ‘inner’ self and see clearly by focusing on the solution.

Take action. The Universe loves nothing more than when you have a solve in your mind and you take action. This shows the Universe that you really want an answer and a solve. Through this resolve you envision, you will find the Universe will bring it to you that much faster. What exactly does it mean to take action? Take action with whatever you can do, through calm and quiet, to get closer to a solve. If there is nothing that you can do, your action will be to take action to be calm and resolved through the situation or crisis.

Be aware of what you understand and are learning from a soul level; what is this stressful situation teaching you? We learn during positive moments in life but we also learn from the ‘negative’ moments in our lives. If you can find what you are learning during the actual event, it will dissipate much faster. Look inside yourself and see what you might be attracting and think about the thoughts or feelings you may have had that perhaps moved this situation toward you.

Learn from the moment, understand yourself through the moment, and then say to yourself, “I know I am learning and I understand Universe. Thank you for the opportunity.” Know and trust that once you have a resolve that you envision, that the Universe will take care of it for you. Remember that if the stressful crisis ’seems’ to get worse it’s just a façade. The Universe is taking care of the situation and sometimes you do have to break a few eggs to make that omelet.

If you believe in the Universe and the Law of Attraction, you will get the solution that you want or better. The Universe will always provide as long as you provide the trust.

By taking action with the methods above, you really can have a ‘calm’ within the stressful storm and come out with a stronger, more serene inner self that understands everything as it happens, and knows you will come out the way you want it to through the Law of Attraction.

We all have relationships in our lives, whether it is with our significant other, our parents, our siblings, or our friends. While each relationship is unique, each of your relationships has a common thread. That common thread is the Law of Attraction.

Every person that is in your life is a reflection of your thoughts. Pretty amazing, isn’t it? To think that you attracted the crabby postal worker that waited on you yesterday. So why does feeling good about yourself help improve relationships? Because when you have an inner feeling of love (and focus on that), situations and people that have a similar feeling of love will be brought to you. By your accepting who you are, others will accept you for who you are. The relationships that you want to improve will improve if you feel those feelings that you want the others in your life to feel about you. You know that old saying, “Treat others as you would like to be treated.” By having this attitude, every relationship in your life will improve, even if it doesn’t need improving.

This does go for family members as well.

Even though you can’t fathom how you and your brother could ever get along, begin to see how you would like to be treated by him and then start treating him like you would like to be treated. Focus on the positive aspects of your relationship and see your relationship as improving in the manner you would like. When you do this, the Universe picks up on those thoughts and feelings and brings to you exactly what you are focusing on.

So many people say that if they had the perfect relationship, money, career, and health, they would be happy. But it really is the other way around. When you are happy and enjoy every moment of life, then all your desires will come rushing in.

So enjoy the people in your life and treat them like you would want to be treated. When you begin this process some of them may fall by the wayside because they are no longer in alignment with what you want, but others will begin to become kind of the person that you want to have a relationship with. But it must start with you, through the Law of Attraction.
